Feedback is a critical part of
training in many ways. It is important for the instructor to provide
feedback to the student throughout training to ensure that sufficient
instruction is provided for the student to master learning objectives. It
is also important for the student to evaluate the instructor when training
has been completed so that the instructor can improve. Here are some
